The author and owner of the Venatora website, Geminas “Jim” Milo Venator, is a retired American electrical engineer who spent his career on the design of predominantly digital products. In case it isn’t obvious, Venator rhymes with senator.

Jim Venator has a lovely wife and a passel of fascinating and accomplished children and grandchildren.

Jim is fairly creative and has written poems, stories, articles, and songs, including songs about and for his children and grandchildren. He considers Dmitri Shostakovich the greatest musical composer of all time, and the finale of Shostakovich’s 5th symphony the greatest musical work ever composed.

Jim has always been fascinated by Albert Einstein; although his study of relativity in college was limited to special relativity, he has studied general relativity on his own as time has allowed, eventually leading to his present work on a new theory of gravity which he calls phosemnoty.

Jim also likes to work on other theories, such as the most effective means of learning, teaching, and training.

Jim has coined many words and likes to work on their definitions. He also likes to study etymology and develop theories on how words have taken on their various meanings.

Jim Venator is a lover of God and a serious student of the Bible, considering the Bible to be the book of books that could only have been written by the Creator of the man He loves.
